Accessing Account Settings

1. Log In: Sign in to your Marking.ai account.
2. Navigate to Settings: On your dashboard, click on the "Settings" option from the sidebar and select ‘Account’.

Personal Information

In the settings menu, you will find options to tell us more about yourself, which helps us produce the best results for you:

1. Update Personal Details:
   • Enter your name, the name of the institution you're associated with, and any other personal details that you want to be associated with your assessments.
   • Provide your official email address for communications related to your account.
2. Curriculum and Location:
   • Select your curriculum from the dropdown menu to receive content that's more relevant to you and your learners.
   • Add your city and country to help us understand your regional educational context better.
3. Profile Picture:
   • Click on the "Browse" button or drag a photo into the box to upload a new profile picture.
   • For institutions, you can upload a school logo to personalize the experience further.

Updating Profile Information

1. Review Your Changes: After you have made the desired changes, review all the information for accuracy.
2. Save Changes: Click the blue "Update profile" button to save your new settings.

Changing Your Password

For security reasons, it's a good idea to change your password periodically.

1. Navigate to Change Password: This is accessible on the login page.
2. Enter your email address
3. You will receive an email prompting you to change your password
4. Click on the link in the email and update your password
